Tracy Edwards joined Davies and Partners in July 1996 and was made a Partner in April 2000. She is a Member of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme, a Member of Headway Head Injury Approved Solicitors and also a Member of APIL and AVMA. Tracy specialises in complex clinical negligence cases and catastrophic personal injury litigation with over 20 years experience.
Tracy has significant and extensive experience of settling complex and high value clinical negligence claims. She has a large number of cases arising from severe neurological injury, birth injury with a specialist interest and skill in dealing with children with cerebral palsy. She also has considerable experience of misdiagnosis and treatment of cancer, bowel injury and orthopaedic injuries.

In the Chambers Guide 2013 Tracy was singled out as the Head of the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury Department in Birmingham. Tracy feels passionate about representing claimants that have suffered injuries of the maximum severity with associated profound and permanent disability.
